How to support our team
- You determine and analyze relevant KPIs regarding SEO performance, create evaluations and reports and derive concrete recommendations for action and strategies for our clients
- Working out solutions to problems, e.g. in the event of a loss of visibility or traffic, is also part of your daily work
- You conduct internal workshops as well as presentations and contribute to the development of your colleagues in a significant way
- You conduct ongoing research of trends and developments in your own area of expertise and introduce these ideas into daily work processes and new projects
- Participation in client meetings and communication with them is an essential part of your tasks
Requirements
- You have already successfully managed major SEO projects and have 5+ years of professional experience in SEO
- You demonstrate strong competence in using common SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SISTRIX, SEMrush or Ahrefs)
- You understand the intricacies of how Google and Co. work and are familiar with HTML, JavaScript, as well as schematic markups
- Familiarity with crawling and indexing management
- You understand page structures and develop linking concepts
- You have experience in the areas of optimizing page speed, mobile, local SEO and international SEO
- You possess very strong analytical skills and are not afraid of dealing with a lot of data
- You are characterized by solution-oriented thinking and are not afraid of complicated client questions
- You communicate openly and like to exchange ideas in a team

Here’s what happens after your application.
- Step 1 – Review We review the documents you have submitted and consult with the relevant department.
- Step 2 – Initial interview In the second step, we would like to invite you to a first meeting. The interview will take place with the HR department and a team leader.
- Step 3 – Second interview and, if applicable, trial assignment Depending on the position in question, you will receive a trial assignment from us that simulates a typical situation from our day-to-day work. In the subsequent second interview, which preferably takes place in our office, the task is discussed and evaluated.
- Step 4 – Getting to know the team We would like to invite you to our office again to get to know the team and our founders. Afterwards, we will make you an offer and hope to have inspired you for Claneo.
