- Du unterstützt unser Office-Team werktags bei den organisatorischen und verwaltenden Angelegenheiten rund um unser Büro
- Du hast das Büro stets im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Mitarbeitenden wohlfühlen
- Du bist für Bestellvorgänge jeglicher Art verantwortlich und füllst proaktiv unsere Vorräte rechtzeitig auf
Das bringst Du mit
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Office-Management
- Deine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, dein gutes Zeitmanagement und dein Engagement zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie dein Organisationstalent
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch, kannst dich ebenso auf Englisch verständigen und hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Menschen
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hast einen Blick für das große Ganze sowie für Details

Here’s what happens after your application.
- Step 1 – Review We review the documents you have submitted and consult with the relevant department.
- Step 2 – Initial interview In the second step, we would like to invite you to a first meeting. The interview will take place with the HR department and a team leader.
- Step 3 – Second interview and, if applicable, trial assignment Depending on the position in question, you will receive a trial assignment from us that simulates a typical situation from our day-to-day work. In the subsequent second interview, which preferably takes place in our office, the task is discussed and evaluated.
- Step 4 – Getting to know the team We would like to invite you to our office again to get to know the team and our founders. Afterwards, we will make you an offer and hope to have inspired you for Claneo.
