How to support our team
- As team leader, you are responsible for the technical management of our SEO Onpage team consisting of trainees, junior, intermediate, and senior managers
- You are responsible for the training and development of your team and act as a contact person for employees and clients
- You coordinate various SEO projects and organize them within the team, while constantly keeping track of their statuses
- You provide the continuous development and transfer of knowledge in SEO, content and online marketing by working with current & relevant tools
Requirements
- Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in SEO consulting, preferably in an agency environment
- You convince with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for the field of search engine optimization
- You have good interpersonal skills and display a structured and goal-oriented approach to your work
- You are proficient in all common on-page disciplines such as indexation management, crawlability, internal linking, page structure, internationalization, structured data, etc.
- You are professional in appearance and know how to adjust your behaviour to different employees and clients
- You are interested in leading a team and have at least 2 years of leadership and development experience with a team of at least 5 employees
- Fluency in German and English

Here’s what happens after your application.
- Step 1 – Review We review the documents you have submitted and consult with the relevant department.
- Step 2 – Initial interview In the second step, we would like to invite you to a first meeting. The interview will take place with the HR department and a team leader.
- Step 3 – Second interview and, if applicable, trial assignment Depending on the position in question, you will receive a trial assignment from us that simulates a typical situation from our day-to-day work. In the subsequent second interview, which preferably takes place in our office, the task is discussed and evaluated.
- Step 4 – Getting to know the team We would like to invite you to our office again to get to know the team and our founders. Afterwards, we will make you an offer and hope to have inspired you for Claneo.
