Whistleblowing and Reporting Channels

At Claneo, we place great emphasis on adherence to ethical principles and transparency. Our cooperation with colleagues and customers is based on trust and integrity. We want to ensure compliance with responsible behavior and prevent violations and discrimination. That is why we encourage everyone we work with to openly communicate discrepancies, misconduct, or concerns and to report them to us via the whistleblower system. We guarantee respectful and confidential treatment of feedback and reports.

Whistleblowing and Reporting Channels
With the implementation of the EU Whistleblower Directive through the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) – which came into effect on July 2, 2023 – the German legislator has introduced new measures to protect whistleblowers within organizations. These regulations ensure transparency in the processes surrounding the reporting of certain violations. In line with this new law, we are providing a form for external whistleblowers on this page. Please note that only the alleged violations listed in the law § 2 Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) can be reported. Whistleblowers are also welcome to submit information anonymously.
What can be reported?
Any deviations from our Code of Conduct or legal requirements can be reported. These include, but are not limited to, issues relating to the safety and quality of our services, inappropriate behavior or discrimination, international business guidelines, data protection, rights and protection of data subjects, possible conflicts of interest, corruption, competition rules and financial discrepancies.
